🌶️ Salsa & Green Chile Festival 🌶️

Get ready for a day full of flavor! This year we’re turning up the heat with over 30 different salsas for you to sample — some fresh, some canned. Sweet, smoky, or spicy… which one will be your favorite?  We'll have extra so you can purchase your favorite ones to take home!

🔥 Our chile roaster will be going all day, roasting peppers to your heart’s content. Stock up and take some home to freeze so you can enjoy that bold flavor long after the festival.

🧀 On the menu: 

Chile Rellenos made with our homegrown peppers and Kansas cheese. A local twist on a classic favorite!

Street Tacos. Made from local meat, topped with onions & cilantro!  You get to choose the salsa you want to top them with!

🍻 Of course, there will be plenty to sip and savor — look for pepper-infused drinks, handcrafted cocktails, and more.

It’s the perfect chance to taste, explore, and celebrate everything we love about chiles and the land they grow on.

📅 Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (food & drink service from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), but you’re welcome to stay and play until 7 p.m.

Admission includes activities and extras based on the tier you select.

The party starts at 11 am, and ends around 5, but you can stay and play until 7 pm. Please note that staffed food and drink areas run the operational hours our 11 am - 4 pm, overlapping peak hours.
